These methods can be used individually in a massage or in combination to achieve a more effective massage. I will customized your treatments using a combination of these methods to address your specific set of concerns that will get you feeling back to yourself and better than ever in no time.
I specialize in a unique therapeutic approach that combines methods to gently unwind the soft tissues and restores proper functioning of these tissues. This technique is a slow and time-consuming process, but well worth the enormous benefits you will experience compared to a typical massage.

Deep Tissue Massage
Involves applying firm to deep pressure and slow strokes to reach the deeper layers of your soft tissue to release tightness in problem areas.
Swedish Massage
Uses light to firm pressure while kneading, and stroking the muscles to eliminate stress and guide you into a state of relaxation.
Trigger Point Therapy
Involves applying sustained static pressure to tightly contracted areas which usually can cause referred pain. This manipulation helps to induce optimal muscle release.
Hot Stone Massage
Involves smooth heated stones that are manipulated during the massage that aid in melting tension away, increases circulation and metabolism, and eases muscle stiffness.
Myofascial Release Massage
Involves warming and lengthening the fascia by applying slow sustained pressure to the myofascial connective tissue restrictions. This release will eliminate pain and restore muscle function and movement.
Sports Massage
Performed either pre-activity to warm up and stretch the muscles to obtain optimal performance during the event; or post-activity to relax and stretch the muscles while eliminating lactic acid build up and speeding muscle repair to reduce possible injury.
Myoskeletal Alignment Massage
Addresses muscular imbalances to loosen soft tissue adhesions to let the body self-align skeletal problems that can cause pain and disfunction.
Muscle Energy Technique (MET) & Stretching
MET consists of doing active gentle muscle contractions to relax and lengthen muscles to improve joint mobility and flexibility.

Stretching consists of doing passive gentle stretches to relax and lengthen muscles to improve joint mobility and flexibility.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Consists of a series of gliding, compressing, stretching, and cupping motions over your body in light rhythmic movements allowing the lymph to move easily through the tissues and lymph nodes in a specific sequence so lymph isn't trapped anywhere by taking care to treat every area.
Pregnancy or Side-Lying Massage
Pillows are strategically placed while lying on your side for the massage when condition such as pregnancies, surgeries, or injuries exist that make it problematic for you to lay face down and/or face up.
Reflexology Feet/Hand Massage
Involves the application of appropriate pressure and stoking specific points and areas on the feet and hands. Pressing these reflex points that correspond with your body's organs and systems create real health benefits for you.  Your massage session can be solely dedicated to reflexology or used in combination with other methods.
Sinus Massage
Involves stimulating  a series of acupressure and lung meridian points to aid in opening the sinuses and give you some sinus relief.
Chair Massage
Focuses on your back, neck, shoulders, and arms to reduce muscle tension and promote relaxation while you are seated in a specifically designed comfortable massage chair.
Aromatherapy
You inhale the essential oil molecules and/or absorb them through your skin from the massage oil. These oils have beneficial affects in your mind and body by influencing the nervous system, inducing relaxation, and enhance breathing.
If you are sensitive to scents and do not want me to use them during your massage, please inform me of your preference.
